Hi, I’m Rachel Kerby! I’m a historical gown maker and surface pattern designer. I have a strong sewing background in soft furnishings, historical gowns and doll clothing. These days I’m spending a little less time sewing and more time creating designs that adorn fabric, wallpaper and home decor items.

Located in the picturesque town of Cobourg, Ontario I find inspiration amidst the quaint surroundings and the tranquility of nature. My main source of inspiration though, is and always has been historical fashion and textiles.

When I'm not immersed in sewing or creating art, you'll likely find me on my kindle reading a good book, indulging in a guilty pleasure reality TV show, or spending quality time with my significant other.
